PROCESS OF OPERATION:

  • Manual Step: Machine On -> Load & Mount Blade -> Take Upper Side & Fix Blade Position -> Set One Time Servo on Position ->Put the Segment Between Two Ceramic Clamp ->
  • Auto Step: Sensor Sense the segment -> Automatic Blade Fixture Cylinder On -> Roller Cylinder On -> Head Down Direction to Blade -> Heater On ->Brazing Complete. -> Blade Rotate Auto as per Programming
